Shinrin Yoku
The Japanese Art and Science of Forest Bathing.
Service Description
Government funded studies conducted in Japan have shown that getting back to nature can offer many health benefits, including reducing stress and anxiety, help to lift depression, and support the body's natural ability to heal. These same studies have proven that using essential oils can successfully reproduce the same healing benefits as visiting those forests. I want to invite you to join this group meditation which incorporates specially selected essential oils, and showcases some of our own Australian Native plants, to simulate the experience of Shinrin Yoku and benefit from the essential oil's therapeutic properties in the convenience of my clinic. Each participant will receive an information sheet about the essential oils chosen and also take home a 2ml bottle of the blend used in the session.
